ARC Application Process
In accordance with the Association governing documents, any change to the exterior of a home or the property requires the Architectural Review Committee’s (ARC - previously known as ACC) approval before work can begin.
The following are examples of items that require prior approval: re‐painting, re‐roofing, planting or removing trees, major landscape improvements, sprinkler systems, fencing, sheds, porches, covered decks, air conditioning/heat pumps, or other exterior structures. If you are unsure if a project requires approval, we recommend asking prior to starting any exterior project.

Step 1: Review the governing documents which may impact your project:
Step 2: Login to the ATC Portal at https://portal.aroundtheclockinc.com/ and click "Submit a New Request" on the main homepage Dashboard.
Step 3: Select "ARC Request" and download the "Meadows at Rock Creek ARC Fillable.PDF"
Step 4: Complete the ARC Request fields including "Area of Work," "Subject," "Work to be Done," "Estimated Start and Completion Dates."
Step 5: Complete the require forms and attach to the ARC Request in the portal by clicking "select files" which allows multiple files to be selected at once or attach one at a time.
IMPORTANT: All applications must include attaching a completed Meadows at Rock Creek ARC Fillable PDF. Read page 2 of the document and ensure all required documents are submitted with the PDF and any applicable action items are completed prior to submission.
Step 6: ARC will review the application and return a determination within 30 days of receipt of all required documentation.
