Board MeetingsThe Board holds regular meetings. Owners are encouraged to attend. Zoom links and information will be posted on our calendar on the homepage.
Please submit questions/comments in advance by emailing: board@meadowsatrockcreek.com. The minutes will be posted on the Forms & Docs page following the meeting. CommunicationsOwners always have an opportunity to address the Board, in person or via webcast, during regular Board meetings.
At any other time, comments or questions for the Board should be emailed to board@meadowsatrockcreek.com. Unless an immediate response is necessary, the Board will address those questions or concerns at their next regularly scheduled meeting. Appeals of violations, fines, or ACC decisions should also be directed to board@meadowsatrockcreek.com, who will ensure that the matter is included on the next regular meeting agenda. The Owner-Appellant will receive personal notice of when their appeal will be considered by the Board. Annual Owners' MeetingThe Annual Owners' Meeting is held each year. Meeting materials are mailed to each Owner, and also posted on the website. Owners can attend the Annual Meeting.
