Parking Safety Committee

This committee's goal is to keep our streets safe and accessible to all residents and emergency vehicles, while improving visibility and reducing accidents related to vehicles being parked in the streets. Nightly patrols are part of the responsibility of this committee.

Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing proposed structural or cosmetic alterations such as re-painting, re-roofing, exterior construction or remodel, major landscaping improvements, and fences.
