Full Project Overview
Name: Bench & Picnic Table Replacement
Projected Manager: Rina Wollan
Description: The current benches are not safely designed, damaged, and the concrete pads are breaking beneath them. In addition, the picnic table at the phase 3 park is damaged. For safety, these items should be removed and replaced.

Name: Bark Replacement

Description: Annually, bark is replaced in parts of the neighborhood. Unfortunately, this was not done for 2 years, so in 2021 this requires investment to replace all bark throughout the whole neighborhood.

Name: Tree Trimming Over Sidewalks
Projected Manager: Eric Pisconski
Description: To be able to safely walk on sidewalks, tree branches should be trimmed to a minimum of 8 ft above. Notifications will be sent to homeowners and if not trimmed, our landscapers will trim and bill affected homeowners.
Estimated Costs: TBD – costs recouped from individual homeowners
