Architecture Control Committee Application Process
In accordance with the Association governing documents, any change to the exterior structure or home modification requires the Architectural Control Committee’s (ACC) approval before work can begin.
The following are examples of items that require prior approval: re‐painting, re‐roofing, planting or removing trees, major landscape improvements, sprinkler systems, fencing, sheds, porches, covered decks, air conditioning/heat pumps, or other exterior structures. If you are unsure if a project requires approval, we recommend asking prior to starting any exterior project.

Step 3: Input your name at the bottom of the form which will serve as an electronic signature and save the document.
Step 4: Please obtain the following documents or steps prior to submitting your application and include applicable documents with the application email in Step 5.
Step 5: Email completed form plus any applicable required documentation to acc@meadowsatrockcreek.com.
Step 6: ACC will review the application and return a determination within 30 days.

- A lot diagram showing the location of the improvement and drawing showing any details that should be considered by the committee.
- Site plan with scale drawings of exact dimensions of improvements showing location on the property. Note distance to property lines.
- Grading plan if changes in grade or other conditions adversely affecting drainage are anticipated.
- Paint a 3’x3’ swatch of primary and 1’x3’ of trim on front of home, visible to ACC.
- Landscape plan if application is for landscaping or relevant project.
- Signed written agreement of affected lot owner if improvement falls on property line.
Step 5: Email completed form plus any applicable required documentation to acc@meadowsatrockcreek.com.
Step 6: ACC will review the application and return a determination within 30 days.
